Divji potok (Wild Brook) educational path

The circular Divji potok educational path starts in the village of Črmošnjice, in the Dom Lipa carpark, at the altitude of 410m. The path was constructed as part of the Sources of Life EU project: Pools, ponds and springs in 2012. This was when the Divji potok brook was named a Hidden Jewel. The educational path is 2.5km long. It starts and finishes in the same spot. Behind the church, we descend below the village, following a tarmac path towards the brook and the first small bridge, turning left to the forest trail at the second bridge. The path leads us along the streambed of the picturesque Divji potok brook, to the village of Srednja vas (Middle Village). Crossing the meadows above the Mašelj spring, we return to the starting point.
